SHIPPING & Return Policy




Burlees CBD offers quick, easy & discreet shipping with USPS. Orders placed before noon on weekdays normally get processed the same or next business day. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days from the moment the package has left our shipping center*. During times of high volume your order may get dispatched with one or two days delay.

Shipping is free for orders in the United States above $75.00. For orders below $75.00, shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $8.99. At this time Burlees CBD is not offering international shipping on our products.

Please be mindful that we cannot control USPS delays. We work extremely hard to be quick and legally compliant when preparing your package. If you have issues with delayed delivery please contact us at and we will assist. 

*COVID-19 has caused added stress to shipping and order fulfillment for the all online shops. USPS is under heavy stress and is experiencing local staff shortages. Please be aware that USPS may add a day or two to deliver your order depending on where you live and what the local post office is experiencing. Order tracking is still available but we urge you to be patient in case your order is slower than normal to arrive. We are working with USPS to get updates from the ground.




Burlees CBD is not accepting returns at this time, unless incorrect Item(s) was sent or item(s) arrives damaged. By making this purchase you are demonstrating that you are purchasing a hemp-derived product containing less than .3% Delta-9 THC (tetrahydrocannabinol).  These products should only be used as directed on the label. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Please consult with your physician before use if you have a serious medical condition or use prescription medications. A Doctor’s advice should be sought before using this and any supplemental dietary product.

Mistaking hemp for high THC cannabis does not warrant a refund.

We will take all issues into consideration, and come to a fair resolution. Please read the following policies regarding product returns and exchanges carefully:


If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If the item is no longer available, we will send identically priced replacement item per customer written approval or provide credit for initial item purchase amount.


In the event that you receive the wrong product contact us with 7 days of delivery, Please include your full name, and photos of the incorrect product, and invoice. We will send the correct products, and a return envelope for the incorrect items
